In connection with your press announcement about completing the Katyń list, I am sending data concerning my father:
| 1. | Tomasz Ochmański, father: Wojciech, mother: Józefa, born 6 December 1904 in Zbaraż, last place of residence: Zbaraż, interned in Ostashkov. |
| 2. | Education: four years of primary school, seasonal construction worker. |
| 3. | Reserve corporal, infantry. |
| 4. | Taken prisoner in Kurniki, Zbaraż district, where as a reservist he had served in Border Corps – probably prior to 20 September 1939. |
| 5. | We received the letter from Ostashkov at the beginning of December 1939, and the postcard in February 1940. |
| 6. | Find attached a photocopy of the last postcard from Ostashkov and photocopies of the statements in regard to the search. |
| 7. | This report is made by the son, Stanisław Ochmański (born 1935). |
