I testify that I know for certain that in 1943, Dr. Aleksander Bernadzikowski, Chief Physician of the Sanitary [?] Center [?] in Radomsko, was arrested in his apartment by the German gendarmerie, or the Gestapo, probably for political reasons. He was taken to Radom, where due to repeated [violent] interrogations, he died in the hospital in Radom. The wife of the aforementioned person lives in Busko, Kielce district, with two children.
