On 29 November 1947, in Radoszyce, Judge K. Kocmulski, member of the District Commission for the Investigation of German Crimes in Radom, heard the person named below as an unsworn witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations and of the wording of Article 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the witness testified as follows:

As a resident of the village of Lewoszów, I know that during the occupation, the Germans carried out arrests and two executions in our village. These are the cases which witness Jan Pakuła described in detail:
the arrest of 11 people and transportation [of them] to Auschwitz;
the taking of eight members of Andrzej Janus’ and Julianna Pacak’s families;
the execution [shooting] of Stanisław Pacak.
I don’t know of any other crimes.
