On 7 November 1944, [at] about 3:00 PM, German soldiers arrived in the village of Bryzgów and started to ask around if there were any partisans in the village and which way to go to Skłoby. After several minutes, they went on towards Skłoby. On their way there, they encountered the partisans and fighting began. The fighting continued for about two hours. The partisans retreated to the village of Bryzgów and into the forest. Then, the Germans came to the village, assembled 25 men, and marched them to a place near the village of Nowinki, where they killed them all. I assert that I was also there, lying among them, but I was not killed.
At this point, the report was concluded and read out before signing.
