On 18 October 1947, with the participation of reporter R. Muszyńska, Judge W. Kuryłowicz of the Regional Court in Końskie interviewed the person named below as a witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations and of the wording of Article 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the witness testified as follows:
Name and surname | Feliks Guldziński |
Age | 60 |
Parents’ names | Stanisław and Marianna |
Place of residence | Sielpia Mała |
Occupation | farmer |
Religious affiliation | Roman Catholic |
Criminal record | none |
I remember – I think it was on 6 April 1940 – that the Germans came to the village of Sielpia Mała for straw, and when they were leaving they found Szczepan Wąsowski, Władysław Małecki, Stanisław Tomala, and Tomala’s son, whose name I don’t remember, and shot them in the forest near Sielpia Mała, 300 steps from their house. The bodies of the above were buried in Miedzierz, in the Catholic cemetery, by the families of the deceased. I don’t know what the Germans killed these people for.
The report was read out.
