On 18 October 1947, with the participation of reporter R. Muszyńska, Judge W. Kuryłowicz of the Regional Court in Końskie interviewed the person named below as a witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations and of the wording of Article 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the witness testified as follows:

Name and surname Błażej Guldziński

Parents’ names Stanisław and Marianna

In April 1940, Szczepan Wąsowski’s son, Edward Wąsowski, came to my place and said that the previous day the Germans had arrested his father, Szczepan Wąsowski, and that he didn’t know what had happened to [him]. So we went to the forest and unearthed a newly made grave, in which we recognized the bodies of Szczepan Wąsowski, Stanisław Tomala, and Tomala’s son, whose name I don’t remember. I don’t know why the Germans killed Szczepan Wąsowski or Tomala and his son, and I don’t know if they had been partisans, either. Władysław Małecki was killed at 7:00 in the morning.

The report was read out.

Witness Guldziński also added:

Władysław Małecki was buried on 10 April 1940, in the cemetery in Miedzierz. I attended Władysław Małecki’s funeral.

The report was read out.
