Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations and of the wording of Article 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the witness testified as follows:

On 10 September 1939, the Germans killed my husband Jakub and my son Stanisław. They killed my husband on the railway tracks, where he was walking around looking for a little child who had escaped into the fields, frightened, somewhere near the village of Kornica. I don’t know what they killed him for; perhaps they thought he was tampering with the railway tracks in some way. They killed my son on 23 November 1942, as a partisan in the forest near the village of Sielpia, Końskie commune. I saw his dead body among others.
