The report was compiled on 7 October 1946. Having been advised of the obligation to tell the truth and of the criminal liability for making false declarations, the above testified as follows:

From 1942, I was interned at the Majdanek concentration camp. I have identified the suspect as one Orlowski, who served as an Aufseherin [overseer] at the camp. She was in charge of the winders kommando.
Let me say that the said person would beat me when I worked at the camp’s laundry. She always had a bullwhip on her, with which she beat people on the slightest pretext.
I definitively state that I saw with my very own eyes as Orlowski killed around one hundred people with her whip over a period of two months.
