On 17 December 1945, in Radom, Kazimierz Borys, Investigating Judge from the Second District of the District Court in Radom, based in Radom, interviewed the person named below as an unsworn witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations, the witness testified as follows:

On 13 October 1942, on the gallows set up by the Kielce road in Radom, the Germans executed my son-in-law Ryszard Kiełbowski, 27 years of age, a technician at the Arms Factory. His brother, Stanisław Kiełbowski, 24 years old, a technician, employed at the Arms Factory, was hanged on 14 October 1942 near the Arms Factory. Both of them had first been arrested in September 1942, but I don’t know on what charges.
I went to the execution site, the one near the Arms Factory, and I recognized Stanisław Kiełbowski. I also recognized Kołkiewicz, Ptaszyński and Dąbrówka. The bodies of the victims were left hanging from the gallows the whole day. I don’t know where they were later taken.
The notice posted on the board set up next to the gallows indicated that they were "bandits".
Having been shown photographs of the people hanged in Radom near the Kielce road and the Arms Factory, the witness testified as follows:
