On 10 December 1945, in Radom, Kazimierz Borys, Investigating Judge from the Second District of the District Court in Radom, based in Radom, interviewed the person named below as an unsworn witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations and of the provisions of Article 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the witness testified as follows:

My husband, Jan Kurys, born on 6 March 1910 in Iłża, a locksmith at the Arms Factory in Radom, was arrested at his workplace at the factory on 24 September 1942.
On 14 October 1942, he was executed by the Germans on the gallows near the Arms Factory in Radom. That day I was at the execution site before the execution was carried out. When I saw my husband brought in a car with other men condemned to death I passed out. When I was brought round, fifteen men, including my husband, were already hanging from the gallows. My husband was marked with a number 11. His body was left hanging until dusk. Then it was taken away in a car, but I don’t know where.
The Germans set up a noticeboard next to the gallows explaining that those whom they had executed were "bandits". I don’t remember what exactly the notice read and I don’t know why my husband was arrested.
After he died I received a notification from the police confirming my husband’s death. I don’t have this notification now.
I know that on 13 October 1942 Stanisław Kołkiewicz, born in 1908, employed at the Arms Factory in Radom, was executed on the gallows by the Kielce road in Radom, having been first arrested at his workplace. I didn’t see his body, but my brother, Stefan Urbańczyk, who lives in Radom at Malczewskiego Street 14, did. I received this information from him.
Having been shown photographs of the people executed by the Kielce road and near the Arms Factory in Radom, the witness testified as follows:
Among the people executed near the Arms Factory, I recognize my husband. He is the man hanging fourteenth from the right or second from the left.
Among the people executed by the Kielce road, I recognize Stanisław Kołkiewicz. He is seventh from the right or fourth from the left.
