On 21 December 1945, in Radom, Kazimierz Borys, Investigating Judge from the Second District of the District Court in Radom, based in Radom, interviewed the person named below as an unsworn witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations, the witness testified as follows:

On 24 September 1942, the Germans arrested my husband Stefan Bołdok, an agronomist-engineer, born on 8 September 1902 in Radom, employed at that time at the engineer Nadolski’s wood storehouse in Radom.
On 13 October 1942, my husband was executed on the gallows by the Kielce road in Radom, as was my husband’s brother, Józef Bołdok, arrested a week after my husband’s arrest. His wife, Halina Bołdok, who lives at Nowogrodzka Street 9 in Radom, can provide more detailed information.
I didn’t witness the execution. It wasn’t until the following day that I went to the execution site. I didn’t see my husband’s body and I don’t know where he was buried. I heard that his body had been taken to Firlej.
I don’t know the reasons my husband was arrested and why he was executed.
A week after my husband’s execution I was visited by a Gestapo man who told me that my husband had died. I didn’t receive any official notification from him.
Having been shown a photograph of the people executed by the Kielce road in Radom, the witness testified as follows:
I can’t recognize my husband among the dead, but I recognize, by his height and clothes, my husband’s brother, Józef Bołdok. He is hanging first from the right. According to my acquaintance, who saw the bodies on the gallows, the man second from the right is my husband. At the moment of his arrest my husband was wearing dark clothes, but I don’t recognize his face. The man second from the right resembles my husband in height.
