He hereby declared as follows: in the month of August 1944, during the German occupation, the Germans detained a farmer who was well known to myself, one Władysław Pająk, resident in Dąbrówka, district of Kozienice, and took him to the trenches in Ruszków, where they tortured him with great cruelty and bestiality, and finally murdered and buried him there, that is in Ruszków. I confirm the veracity of the above testimony with my own handwritten signature.
