As regards the shooting of eight Jews in 1942, I know the following: I witnessed how three Jews (a family displaced from Mława) were brought to the Commune Office in Białaczów. A drunk gendarme, whose surname I don’t know, harassed them in a brutal manner: he beat the woman about the head and face with his gun, and then he took the KB and fired at her three times – the last time he shot her in the head. Then he killed the husband and the little girl, scattering blood all around the pavement. Next he robbed them of a watch and some money.

I would like to add that on the same day, the gendarmes killed also two Jews and three Jewesses in Białaczów, tormenting them in the same way.

On that day the Jews were resettled to the ghetto, and those who attempted escape were caught and executed by the German torturers.

At this the report was concluded, read out and signed.
