In Budziszewice on this day, 21 September 1948, at 8.00 a.m., officer Marek Guzewski from the Citizens’ Militia Station in Budziszewice heard the person named below as a witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations and of the wording of Article 140 of the Penal Code, the witness testified as follows:

In 1942 (I don’t remember the exact date) Skibiński and Mela were brought to the cemetery. Both had been murdered by German gendarmes and had previously been severely beaten, as could be inferred from the condition of their corpses.
I, acting as the sexton in Budziszewice, buried them (both Skibiński and Mela) in the local churchyard.
At this the report was concluded, read out and signed.
