I don’t remember the exact day and month, but it was in 1942. I was coming back from the forest when I heard the roar of the engine from behind. The car stopped and the Germans led out Skibiński and Mela.
I looked back and saw gendarme Szuman from Teodorów and three other gendarmes whom I didn’t know. Szuman made a threatening gesture with his hand, motioning me to turn around, and so I went home.
When I had already covered some distance, I heard shooting, and a moment later these gendarmes passed me in their car and went to Budziszewice. It was then that Skibiński and Mela were killed.
At this the report was concluded, read out and signed.
