As regards the present case, I am aware of the following facts: On 12 September 1944 at

around 11.00 a.m. the Germans surrounded the village of Brynica and took all the men with them, out of the village, whereafter they selected ten from the group: Stanisław Sideł, Wojciech Sideł, Jan Żak, Józef Sideł, Stefan Czyż, Józef Czyż, Stanisław Szczerek, Józef Szczerek, Antoni Kobiec and Antoni Krauze. Considering them as partisans, they shot all of them dead. All the remaining men were taken to Oleszno to work at the trenches. I was an eyewitness to the execution of the abovementioned men, who were shot dead by the Germans.

At this point the report was brought to a close and read out before being signed by the witness.
