6) Icekson Małka, 80 years old, trader
And many of those who had been displaced from Płock, of surnames unknown, who had lived for half a year in Daleszyce, Kielce district.

Annihilation of Jews related to the displacement.
5. Who carried out the execution?
Gendarmerie from Bieliny, Bieliny commune, Kielce district
6. Are the surnames of the perpetrators known?
Oberwachmeister Dunker, Goring, Krysiac
7. Were the corpses burnt or destroyed in any other way?
They were buried at the execution site, that is in a ditch by the Daleszyce-Cisów road, behind the bridge.

As in point 7.
9. Description of the grave:
The burial site is not marked in any way. Eight people are buried in this grave.
10. Was there an official exhumation? Were the corpses buried officially, and if so, where?
The exhumation was not carried out due to lack of both interest of the families and an order of the relevant authorities.
11. Are there any grounds for exhumation in the future?
On 5 October 1945, the contents of the above questionnaire were officially certified by Teofil Lizis, the head of Daleszyce commune, with the Municipal Court in Daleszyce.
