Józef Niedziela had been my fellow inmate in Kielce prison since 14 October 1943. During conversation, I learned from him that he had been arrested for printing underground newspapers, although he didn’t plead guilty during his interrogation.
Józef Niedziela was arrested by gendarme Leśniewski and a Gestapo informer Januszewski, (presently deceased) who was executed by the underground movement.
Józef Niedziela was arrested at his workplace, the District Court in Kielce, and executed at the end of January 1944.
I don’t recall any other surnames.
At this point the report was concluded, read out and signed.
